2. User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to SUPPART, including but not limited to images, illustrations, designs, text, audio, video, and other media, or you must have the necessary permissions to upload such content. By uploading content to SUPPART, you grant SUPPART a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-transferable license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely to operate, provide, and promote the Service. You retain all copyright in your content.

3. Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe your work has been used on SUPPART without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will take appropriate action in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other applicable laws.

4. Complaint Procedure

5. Counter-Notice Procedure

If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe that the removal was a mistake or that you have the right to post the content, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include:
  • Your contact information;
  • A detailed description of the removed content and its location on SUPPART;
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed in error or that you are authorized to post it;
  • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in the location where you reside, or if you are outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts where SUPPART is located.
We will review your counter-notice in accordance with the law and may restore the removed content.

6. Repeat Infringers

SUPPART will terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe on others' copyrights.

7. Changes to the Copyright Policy

SUPPART reserves the right to update this copyright policy at any time. We encourage you to review this policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.
