  • 1.4 User-Generated Content

During your use of publishing, commenting, liking, bookmarking, or sharing features, we store the following information on our secured servers:

    • Photo, video, and audio files
    • Comments and interactions
    • Likes and bookmarks

Similarly, the content you like or bookmark will be displayed to your followers.

  • 1.7 QR Code Scanning

When you choose to use the QR code scanning feature to add friends, we may request camera permissions. This is a sensitive permission, and refusing to grant it will only prevent you from adding friends via QR code but will not affect other features.

  • 1.9 Search Feature

When you use the search feature in SUPPART, we will collect and analyze your search queries (which may be in text or image form), browsing records, access times, comments, and interaction records. Collecting this information helps us provide content and services you are interested in and improve our products and services.

  • 1.10 Third-Party Information

We may indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties. For example, if you log in using a third-party platform, once you explicitly authorize the account binding, the third-party platform will sync your avatar, nickname, region (if provided), and gender (if provided) to us so that you can directly log in and use SUPPART.

2. How We Share Your Personal Information

  • 2.1 Third-Party Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following cases:

    • Third parties directly related to the provision of services (such as service providers and partners).
    • To OpenAI, to measure the effectiveness of our ads on ChatGPT (see "Advertising Measurement" below).
    • Compliance with legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements.
    • Information transfer in the context of mergers, acquisitions, or similar transactions.
  • 2.2 Service Optimization

Providing, optimizing, and improving our services:

    • Third-party account login feature: To provide you with third-party account login functionality, third-party service providers may collect necessary device information, network-related information, geographic location, storage (photos, media, and other files), including background data collection.
    • Cloud storage services: To provide you with cloud storage services (e.g., images, videos, and audio content uploaded to SUPPART), third-party service providers may collect your device information, network-related information, and carrier information.
    • Message push services: To provide you with message push notifications, third-party push service providers may collect information such as your push SDK version number, necessary device information, phone status information, geographic location, network-related information, and storage (photos, media, and other files), including background data collection, to push notifications that you may be interested in.
  • 2.3 Advertising Measurement

To measure the effectiveness of our ads on ChatGPT:

    • Recipient: OpenAI OpCo, LLC (United States)
    • Information provided: the fact and time of account registration, subscription start and coin purchase; the type and amount of purchases; your email address and user ID hashed with SHA-256 (OpenAI matches these against hashes it holds to determine whether you saw or clicked our ad); IP address; and user agent (sent from our servers to bzr.openai.com)
    • On some pages of our website (www.suppart.app), OpenAI's measurement tag sends page views, button clicks, cookie identifiers, IP address and user agent directly from your browser to OpenAI (bzr.openai.com, bzrcdn.openai.com)
    • Purpose: to understand registrations and purchases by people who saw or clicked our ads on ChatGPT, and to optimize ad delivery

Transfer to a third party in a foreign country: the recipient is located in the United States, which has no comprehensive federal law equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, though state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act apply. See OpenAI's Privacy Policy for how OpenAI handles your information, including the measures it takes to protect personal information

  • 2.4 User Sharing

You may choose to share your personal information or other information with third parties (including unspecified parties) via SUPPART, but any leakage, misuse, or related consequences arising from your sharing are not the responsibility of SUPPART. SUPPART is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from your sharing behavior.

  • 2.5 Legal Requirements

We may share or disclose personal information without your prior consent under the following circumstances:

    • To comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.
    • To enforce our Terms of Use, including investigation of potential violations.
    • To detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues.
    • To protect against harm to the rights, property, or safety of SUPPART, our users, or the public, as required or permitted by law.

3. How We Protect Your Personal Information

We use encryption technology, access control, and other methods to protect your personal information. We take all reasonable and feasible measures to ensure that irrelevant personal information is not collected.

In accordance with relevant Japanese laws, regulations, and standards, we guarantee your statutory rights to your personal information.

    • 4.1 Control over Information Received

We will display information based on the accounts you actively follow. You can choose to follow or unfollow an account as needed.

    • 4.2 Access to, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

We provide channels for you to access, retrieve, correct, and delete personal information through the app's user interface. You can make the following settings:

      • Access, retrieve, correct, and delete relevant information about your works, collections, and likes under [Profile - Works/Collections/Likes].

    5. How We Handle Children's Personal Information

SUPPART takes the protection of minors' personal information very seriously. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations, if you are a minor, you must obtain written consent from your parent or legal guardian before using SUPPART's services.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without verifiable parental or legal guardian consent, we will strive to delete the relevant data as soon as possible.

      6. How This Policy Is Updated

We may update this Policy from time to time. When the terms of this Policy change, we will display the updated SUPPART Privacy Policy during version updates.

        7. How We Use Your Information

We collect users’ email addresses for authentication and account management purposes. Email data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and stored using industry-standard encryption on our servers. We do not sell email addresses. We provide email addresses to third parties only in the cases described in "How We Share Your Personal Information" (including providing a SHA-256 hash of your email address to OpenAI to measure the effectiveness of our ads on ChatGPT).

Users may delete their account and all associated personal data, including their email address, at any time through the app by navigating to:
Me → Settings (top right) → Account Security → Delete Account.
Alternatively, users can request account and data deletion by contacting us directly at team@suppart.app.

We use Firebase Authentication to manage email-based login and user identity, in compliance with industry standards for secure data handling.

          8. Reporting and Handling of Inappropriate Content

          • 8.1 Reporting Channels

If users encounter content or behavior that may involve illegal activities, copyright infringement, pornography, violence, fraud, malicious harassment, or any other violations of platform rules or applicable laws and regulations while using SUPPART, they may report it through the in-app reporting feature.

          • 8.2 Location of Reporting Feature

The reporting feature is available in the following sections:

            • Within the share button located at the top right corner of the content detail page
            • On the "My Art" page
          • 8.3 Handling Procedure

Upon receiving a report, we will review the reported content within a reasonable timeframe. If the content is found to be in violation of laws, regulations, or platform policies, we will take appropriate actions, which may include but are not limited to removing the content, restricting account functionality, temporarily suspending or permanently disabling the account.

          • 8.4 Protection of User Rights

During the handling of reports, we will respect the legal rights of both the reporter and the reported party and make every effort to protect their personal information. We will not disclose the identity of the reporter to any third party unless required by law or authorized by the rights holder.

          • 8.5 Important Notice

If a user is found to have made malicious or false reports, we reserve the right to take appropriate action against the reporter’s account, including issuing warnings, restricting reporting privileges, or, in severe cases, suspending or disabling the account.

          • 8.6 Automated Detection and Removal of Sensitive Content

            • To comply with Google Play’s NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content policies and prevent the spread of inappropriate AI-generated imagery, SUPPART has implemented an automatic content moderation system. If a user publishes artwork that includes nudity, sexually suggestive elements, or other forms of NSFW content that violate platform guidelines, the system will automatically detect and remove such content without the need for manual reporting.
            • Our automated system uses advanced detection models to analyze visual content for policy violations. Once flagged, the content will be immediately taken down, and the user may be notified. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or other disciplinary action.
            • This system ensures that all AI-generated or user-submitted images comply with our community standards and the Google Play & Apple Developer Program Policies.
