Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: June 22, 2026Effective Date: January 14, 2025
Agreement Structure Your use of the SUPPART application (the "App") is governed by the following two agreements: 1. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple EULA"): The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. The Apple EULA is an agreement between you and Apple (or the Application Provider) concerning the licensing of the App software. It covers installation, usage restrictions, and other terms related to the software itself. Downloading or using the App constitutes your acceptance of the Apple EULA. 2. These Terms of Use: This agreement is between you and SUPPART and governs your access to and use of the website, application features, content, community, paid services, and virtual items (collectively, the "Services"). Relationship and Precedence The Apple EULA governs the licensing, ownership, and restrictions on use of the App software. These Terms of Use govern your conduct, account, content, paid subscriptions, virtual items, and all other rules related to using the Services within the App. In the event of any inconsistency between the two agreements regarding software licensing matters, the terms of the Apple EULA shall prevail. In all other matters pertaining to the Services, these Terms of Use shall prevail. Before using this website or application (APP), please carefully read the following Terms of Use. By using SUPPART, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using this website or application and do not click "I Agree." Your access to and use of the SUPPART Project website and application, currently available at https://www.suppart.com(hereinafter referred to as "SUPPART"), are subject to the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") and all applicable laws. Additionally, the use of SUPPART’s website and related services (as defined below) is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By accessing and browsing the SUPPART website and application, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and SUPPART are superseded and rendered null and void.

1. SUPPART Website and Application Policy

  • The SUPPART portfolio allows the use of AI-generated media.
  • AI-generated media may be used for news reporting, discussions, and portfolio content on SUPPART. If the uploaded media is partially or entirely created using AI, users must explicitly disclose this.
  • Any attempt to circumvent platform terms and policies will not be tolerated and may result in account suspension or banning.
  • If a user’s invitee violates these policies, the inviter’s account may also be subject to suspension. Repeated suspensions may lead to a permanent ban.
  • Users should exercise their own judgment in distinguishing good-faith discussions, reasonable actions, and the use of AI-generated media (intended as part of a portfolio) from any attempts to bypass SUPPART's rules and policies.
  • To safeguard our community, SUPPART reserves the right to make final decisions regarding platform management and will continue to refine, adjust, and update its policies in response to platform developments and evolving circumstances surrounding AI-generated media.

4. Restrictions on Personal Use

  • All artworks and other user-generated content contained within the SUPPART website and application are intended solely for personal entertainment and reference. No reproduction, reprinting, republication, uploading, posting, transmission, or distribution of any materials or artworks from the SUPPART website is permitted in any manner. However, you may download a single copy of materials on any one computer for personal, non-commercial learning, research, or appreciation, provided that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices.
